Wes Jackson, Esq.
Wes has spent his entire life around the health care industry. Wes grew up in Camden, South Carolina, the son of a nursing home director of nursing. After graduating from Clemson University for his undergraduate studies, Wes received his Masters of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and then attended law school. Since graduating from law school, Wes has spent over twenty years working in the healthcare industry where he represented clients in state and federal court matters and in state and federal agency matters. Wes regularly represents individual clients in health care matters, federal and state whistleblower cases involving healthcare fraud, nursing home/assisted living negligence, breach of contract, corporate/shareholder disputes, and wrongful termination. Most recently, Wes was recognized in August 2023 as a “Legal Elite of the Midlands” in the area of healthcare law by Columbia Business Monthly magazine. Wes is very involved in the local community where he serves on the Board of Healthy Learners, a charity focused on children healthcare needs and the Society Board of Riverbanks Zoo. Wes is married and has two sons at Clemson University.
